The packaging does not have any listing of its effectiveness rating (e.g. FCC rating), and the manufacturing company adopts a secretive policy in this regard. I reached out to the company sales contact, and was informed that they have an arbitrary policy of not disclosing this data. The company representative told me that they only release information about the potentcies of their "professional lines" (NESS, ProSol, and Advanced Formula) to licensed health care practitioners that "qualify for the products." The contacts I was given by the company representative were some chiropractor in LA and another random health care practitioner in the San Diego region that charged exorbitant fees, was not a medical doctor, and did not accept any form of insurance because she does not want to 'deal with the paperwork'. This company does business very, very badly, and can't possibly have any realistic expectations of legit MDs embracing their product line. According to the company rep, it can be inferred that it should not be possible to buy this product online, yet here it is on Amazon and all over the web.
They treat this over-the-counter supplement like a medicine, and even then, there is no example of a single enzyme product (prescription or otherwise) that does not release the potency rating. Given the bizarrely strict policy they seem to have on publishing information to the public about this SUPPLEMENT, I asked if the company intends submit this enzyme line for clinical trials to obtain FDA approval for prescription enzymes. The sales rep informed me that there are no plans for doing this.
Given the track record of variable consistency in the previously unregulated enzyme market, I think it's only fair to conclude this product is a sham. It has not worked for the people I purchased it for, and products refuse to submit this to product clinical trial.
