I've been using the same product for years, made by Wild by Nature, which apparently doesn't make it any more. I'm ordering the Mother Nature brand now. The ingredients are the same, same dosage, etc.
Anyway, on a low carb diet, which seems to be best for me, I still get cravings for sweet, gooey treats every once in a while. I take three Calorie Quenchers, and then have my treat. It seems to keep the sugary, fatty stuff from wrecking my diet entirely. I notice just a little bit of trouble the next day, not a lot, which is what I used to see before I found Calorie Quencher. I'm thrilled to have found the Mother Nature stuff now!
