(More customer reviews)I was impress from other people talking about this product, so I order it and I started the drink that same night, I did sleep very well and my husband too, with the eception that by the third day I got a headache, I was not sure where it came from so I stopthe drink, I waited a few days and started again, I do sleep very well with it, I have no headaches, maybe it was something else, it is a good suplement, but I do not recomend people to stop taking there medications until they are sure it works. over all it is a good suplement drink
