(More customer reviews)I recently tried the Pink Lemonade Metamucil and the flavor is ok. It tastes similiar to Crystal Light Pink Lemonade. Even though, it is advertised as smooth texture, I still could not get it down. The first taste is ok but with each sip, I could feel the texture getting thick. I just could not finish it. I had hoped the product was improved enough over the years that I could take it for the fiber but I just couldn't get it down.
I tried the Metamucil Smooth Texture Sugar Free Berry, 114-Dose Bottle also. It tastes similiar to Crystal Light or KoolAid but I had the same result with it. I left it in the refrigerator for a little while so it could get cold and the product turned into a texture almost like Jello. I had to pour it down the sink.
I'm going to stick with the fiber pills to take. They are much easier to get down.
