(More customer reviews)I have been trying to loose weight for a few months and started taking diet pills. The ones I had tried up until this point were for increasing your metabolism to burn fat. They do this buy putting a lot of caffeine in the pills. Since I have had a lot of energy drinks in the past I thought it was a bit odd for those pills to have so much caffeine I got a headache so I decided to try a calorie blocker having read good things about other calorie blockers and thought this would do the same thing and just be on off brand that is cheaper. The pills themselves are huge and a bit hard to swallow. They smell terrible when you open the bottle like many diet pills do. You are instructed to take one 30 min before each meal and do not go over 6 a day. You are also not suppose to take these if you are allergic to shell fish which I didn't think I was so I started taking them for a few weeks. I think the most I took in one day was 3. The only thing I noticed within a few days was my digestion started going off track. Meaning I went to the bathroom a lot less than normal which was a bit odd but other than that nothing happed. Then one night I took one pill before I ate supper which was 2 hot dogs and went to bed. I kept having stomach pains and needing to go to the bathroom and not being able to then later that night I could hardly leave the bathroom without having to go back. I woke up with heart burn I guess from the sausage and took some Pepto-Bismal. I have taken pepto before with no problem so I don't know if it was that I was truly allergic to shell fish and didn't know it or that If I was, my tolerance for it ran out. Maybe the Pepto-Bismal reacted with the diet pills (if it can even do that???) and I started having an allergic reaction. My scalp started itching really bad and that feeling spread down my back and eventually to a few other parts of my body. My face turned bright read and I started noticing some uncomfortable feeling breathing. Kind of like a sharp sensation at the bottom of my lungs that made me cough when I took a deep breath. I took to Benadril to counter act the reaction I was having and woke up someone in my house to set with me for a few min encase they had to take me to the hospital should it get worse. This was at about 4 a.m. last night. Eventually I felt better and now am back to normal today. I am not taking the diet pills anymore. Like I said I didn't know if I was allergic to shell fish or not but when I started I didn't think so. However when I started considering the fact I have never had much selfish just crab that has a shell but actually 80% of crab meat you get at a store is a type of fish made to taste like crab so the meat doesn't even come from an animal with a shell. But the only thing it could have been was the pills. Everything else I had had that day I had taken before both medicine wise and food wise and never had any problem so the cheat and Eat pills had to be related to this incident. If you think you are allergic to shell fish or if you don't know stay away from these. Both because it could be dangerous and they didn't help me much in the few weeks I took them anyway because I checked how much I weighed before I started and about 3 weeks later and there wasn't much of a change. Before I bought these I looked all over the internet and was only able to find one or two reviews for this product. there should really be more information than that on something that is designed for human consumption. I had no problem with the company though I did not contact them I received the pills fast after I ordered and a free gift of hand sanitizer. I don't know if the company that makes these are the very ones that sell them on amazon which is where I bought them but they need to give out more info on the product and more warnings. Hope this review helps with anyone thinking about these pills. BEWARE!
