(More customer reviews)Since I was starting the HCG protocol diet, I wanted to make sure that I followed the protocol to a "T". Of course this meant I needed to buy hygiene products that would keep to the standards of the diet. Magick Botanicals was mentioned as an "acceptable" product in the HCG book I ordered. I am so impressed with the Magick Botanicals oil-free shampoo and conditioner. I was worried because it was "oil-free" that my hair would be dry and frizzy but it is quite the opposite. My hair has never been softer, shinier and smoother. I like this product so much that I plan on continuing it after the protocol!

(More customer reviews)I have severe fragrance allergies and in my search for products that wouldn't make me sick I found these. Yes, the shampoo is thin and does not lather well..that's because it doesn't have the chemical poisons in it that causes "commercial" shampoos to do so. If you work it well into the hair it will clean it well regardless. It is just not so that diluting "regular" shampoo will give you the same results. It would still be full of countless chemicals that will cause a bad reaction in sensitive persons. You need to get over the idea that a shampoo has to lather like mad to clean...these products do the job and do not cause negative reactions, nor do they strip the hair of all its needed oils. I am glad to have found them.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this with the Mastey Frehair Conditioner and am very impressed. My hair is much softer and shinier since I began using them. Additionally, both my husband and I have areas on our scalps that have thinning/thinner hair... these products have added such volume that the thinning isn't as visible. I've tried many other brands of volumizing shampoos/conditioners (Aveda and less expensive ones, too), but they don't even come close to these Mastey products.

(More customer reviews)I'm into the whole natural thing, so I bought this shampoo 'cause it looked like a good natural product, and it is. I love the way it suds up and you don't even need that much, makes my hair feel soft and silky - which means a lot 'cause I've got some crazy naps on my head... but the weirdest thing about this shampoo is that it just doesn't have a smell, yeah yeah, I know it's unscented, but usually those things have funky chemical smells, and this one is just like, I feel it, see it, hear it, but can't smell it, pretty cool...

(More customer reviews)I too have used this product for almost 20 years. I tried other saloon products but nothing has touched Mastey. When I was younger, I had very oily skin. Most conditioners left so much residue on your hair that it would have oil streaks. Mastey's Frehair does not cause any of the oily problem, yet makes hair soft, silky and easy to brush/comb.
I have recommend Mastey's products to several people. Those who bought it still use it.
The company makes a other products for other types of hair conditions. I buy the Smooth conditioner for one daughter whose hair tangles more and is more prone to damage.
