I am a 200 pound gym rat and I can tell you, this is the best ab tool you'll ever need. My brother is 250+ pounds and the ball has never popped/leaked. I am actually purchasing another one today because my brother is moving out and wants one for X-Mas.
Just put on the TV and do crunches during your favorite shows!

I bought them to help wean myself off of unhealthy candy bars and to have an option for a quick, healthy balance of carbs and protein before and after workouts and for breakfasts on the go. They are a tiny bit dry, but very good tasting. They have a great balance of vitamins and minerals and have actually replaced my daily multivitamin, so I'm saving money and a bit of hassle there as well.
