I stopped taking it because of the extra expense, and I started going thru menopause. Many hot flashes.I started taking it again and has decreased them dramatically. As a matter of fact I went to the doctor this last week for another symptom and I mentioned the tablets. She stated they were very good and she trusted them because they have been around for a very long time. Till her, I had not met anyone that knew about them, other than the person that told me about them ( a pharmacist).
