(More customer reviews)I would like to like this product, it always seem to have really high reviews everywhere, and I can get it at trusty and cheap ol' Trader Joes (grocery store). But unfortunately I cannot take it cause after 1-2 days I can't keep anything solid in my body. It contains something called Senna which works as a natural laxative. The dosage is pretty high, 4 capsules 3 times a day. I have tried taking half of that and it was still too potent. I think I might try their regular colon cleanse product which only contains Psyllium powder.

It would have been nice if the seller would offer information for the pills before putting them up for sale such as exactly how to use the pills, has the seller tried the pills themselves, etc. All in all, this is a great product. I have been taking the product along with my exercise regime, and I am seeing improvement in my weight loss goals.
