Mega-T Green Tea Weight Loss Supplement with Hoodia - 180 Caplets Review

(More customer reviews)I was on synthroid for thyroid issues for about 4 years, and it caused non-stop slow weight gain no matter what I did. The only way I could loose weight was to take these pills, one a day in the morning. That made the difference between eating 1000 cals/day with an hour of cardio 6 days a week and NOT losing - and losing about a pound a week.
The downside: I'm migrane prone and on this pill, the migranes were constant after about 3 days of use, so I could only take it in spurts. Also, after stopping use, I would gain back about 1/2 of what I'd lost, so some of it was water weight.
I haven't tried taking it now that I'm off the synthroid and my weight is stable and far more manageable. But for someone without headache tendencies and needing a little extra boost, this pill will make at least a little difference.

I have the authentic one at home and though it does look very similar, the authentic one is a green box with the relish mushroom in the front cover, it has to be from nissan. They sell it for the same price but clearly this must be a knock off of the real one.

One-A-Day Men's Multivitamin Dietary Supplement, 100-Count Bottles (Pack of 2) Review

My diet has stayed relatively the same (relatively healthy). The only change I've made is switching from Centrum to One-A-day. I've been using this product for 2 months, and it seems I've been more resistant to colds and have been more "regular" since taking this supplement.
I'm knocking off a star because these may be hard to swallow for some people (like me). The pills don't have any sort of external coating on them to aid in swallowing. Additionally, if/when these become moist, the pill all but adheres to your tongue because of its gritty surface. I've had to throw out a few pills because I was not able to swallow them. A fresh pill solved the problem. My recommendation is to reduce moisture in your mouth to a minimum before taking.
Good product, overall.

(More customer reviews)I finished off an entire box of these (not all at once). They are by far my favorite flavor when balanced with the 0 sugar and good dose of protein. I wish they had a few less calories so they would count as one of my 150 calorie snacks. But, boy did they taste good. No side effects either as suggested by the other poster. But, I have heard that is a side effect of the sweetner...so proceed with caution if you have a weak stomach.

Sunfood Nutrition Eating for Beauty by David Wolfe Review

(More customer reviews)I read this book and most of the other books by David Wolfe and he knows his stuff and has much insight that he can share with people. If you want an easy read with great information, I recommend this book. He breaks down sections by minerals and superfoods and how they benefit parts of your body. Also has great recipes.My favorite book to date is his sunfood diet (just amazing and loaded with so much info that I took a whole week to finish it cause I couldn't put it down).
