(More customer reviews)I started taking capsiplex about six months ago and have been very pleased with the results. I found that my appetite was reduced, and seemingly no unpleasant side effects apart from some initial heartburn if I didn't take it with food.
I have struggled my entire adult life with weight issues and now nearing 50 the spare tyre around my middle was beginning to take on a life of its own. I eat a reasonably good diet, run 60 km a week but my waist was just getting bigger and bigger. Although I still retain a muffin top I feel that capsiplex has definately helped me to loose some excess inches. As with all things in life its not a miracle product but definately worth trying. I will continue to take this supplement daily.
