I should have read more thoroughly when reading the product ingredients. This was listed as homeopathy - not herbs. I received the product and when I pulled out the insert and started reading, it lists the herbs not just homeopathic ingredients and worst of all - - GUARANA is one of the ingredients. My fault for not checking the ingredients better, but this is advertised as the first statement of my review - no caffiene, stiumulants..." I can't take ANY type of stimulants so I was really disappointed in discovering GUARANA is an ingredient of this "homeopathic" weight loss product. "As a dietary supplement, guarana is an effective stimulant: it contains about twice the caffiene found in coffee beans (about 2-4% caffiene in guarana seeds compared to 1-2% for coffee beans. - direct quote from Wiki on "guarana." decided for yourself - - I call this FALSE ADVERTISING. BEWARE-read the ingredients more thoroughly than I did if you are looking for something that is NOT stimulating. I will NOT be taking this product. It may "work" fine for weight loss - but like Epehdra and too much caffiene, it is bad on the heart and will act like a stimulant - because it IS a stimulant.
