I turned to the R&D cookies, thinking how can this work. Well I still purchase them almost a year later.
I feel they curb your appetite, are tasty (I really like the coconut, apricot and cranberry cookies). Instead
of turning to cookies with a lot of sugar and empty calories, I have the R&D cookies. Before dinner I have
a few with some water or tea. Then when dinner comes around I am not so hungry. I have lost 15 pounds and have
continued to keep it off for almost a year. These cookies are a staple in my diet. I feel so much better knowing
that when that craving hits, I have my cookies. I have stopped buying store bought cookies altogether. These
help you discipline yourself and if you try them I think you won't be disappointed. Oh did I mention that the
company itself treats you so special? They are so unlike the big companies. I feel like I almost know them! They
