I've lost five pounds in the two weeks since I started taking Ripped Fuel and can see definate improvement in muscle definition, especially in my abs. I take two in the morning, two at lunch and none at dinner, since I don't want to risk losing sleep. This gave me jitters in the first few days but has since disappeared. My heartrate has not increased since taking this supplement. I also have not felt nauseous, dizzy, have blurred vision or any of the other side effects other reviewers have reported.
However, I think you definately need to work out regularly for this to work. I hit the gym for 1.5 - 2 hours after work, five days a week. I have not changed my diet. I suspect if you improve your dietary choices (i.e., less fatty foods, more protein, etc.), you could lose more weight. I am thoroughly satisfied with the results I have seen thus far.
Two (or so) months later: I lost a total of 15 lbs on Ripped Fuel. I am at my target weight so will stop using . If I gain the weight back, I'll definately be buying another bottle. Great product.
