The very first day I tried this product, I noticed that I did not have any cravings for snacks in between meals, and it has helped greatly to:
1) reduce the amount I pay for food since I don't have any cravings for snacks (i.e. chips, chocolate, etc.)
2) my hands don't shake anymore since I'm not craving snacks!
3) helped me lose some weight in the first week!
I'm down 4lbs already--didn't realize how much extra weight the snacks were adding to me 'til I bought this product!
