Like anything worth doing, it will require a concerted effort on the part of the user to do what they must to help themselves; you can't sit on the couch drinking soda and beer all day and think this is going to help. Vital cleanse really shows its stuff by being a gentle cleanser with only the mild cramping that comes from any cleanser if you've never done a cleanse.
