(More customer reviews)This product works for me. I have been using this product and the African Mango Extreme Detox for the last 2 1/2 weeks and am impressed with the results that I have gotten. I'm pretty much a light weight when it comes to taking any kind of weight loss supplement but with these products I don't get the jitters. I've lost approximately 6 lbs. and can tell a difference in my energy levels. These products have also kept me fairly regular and that in and of itself could be where the added energy is coming from. I don't feel sluggish. I take this product twice a day, once in the morning right before I eat and again at lunch time, and I take the detox product in the morning (2 capsules). I know that all products don't work the same for everyone but I am very happy with my results using this product and the African Mango Extreme Detox and would recommend it.
