I've gotten more done with this vitamin, I do like it as it does keep me alert and awake and is not anything that will cause me side effects like rapid heart beat or sweating, dry mouth...., this is wonderful and I'm still awake and have been getting a lot done.
I do believe that this is also very, very safe as I noticed many take this also.
