(More customer reviews)Before I purchased this product I read a lot of the reviews on here. What I finally decided is everyone is different and each person will react differently to this product. After some thought I decided it was only $10 so why not just try it. The first day I used this product I did end up with a headache. I took something for it and it went away. I never felt sick or any other negative side effect. I felt awake and ready to go after about 20 to 30 minutes. I should also point out this is the only caffeine I have all day so this might help with some of the side effects people had mentioned in their reviews. I started this product on 6/2 and as of 6/7 I have lost 6 ½ pounds. To me that is amazing! I haven't started working out yet but I will shortly so I can only imagine what my weight loss will be once I start. I find that I don't really feel hungry and when I do eat, I feel satisfied sooner. I do make sure that I still eat breakfast, lunch and dinner even if it is something small. I also decided to start listening to my body when it comes to food. I wait for my body to let me know it is hungry instead of the clock telling me I need to eat. This product is a blessing for me because I have struggled with weight loss for so long. I was always either thinking about food or looking for it. It is nice not to feel hungry all the time. It helps me make better choices instead of looking for a quick fix to satisfy my need for food. When I feel hungry I would grab something to tide me over until lunch or dinner and it usually wasn't the smartest choice but it was available and I was hungry. Once I took the "I am always hungry" out of the equation I was able to think clearer about what I should be eating vs. what I could stuff in my mouth at that moment. This product might not be for everyone but it has helped me break free of the control food had on my life. I need and want to loss weight and with this product I know I can do it.
