(More customer reviews)I drank this for 10 days without eating any food and lost 13 lbs. And I'm not even overweight! (5'5" 125, down to 112) It shrunk me down to a very svelte size 2! The cayenne pepper taste is a bit overwhelming, so I added lemon juice to make it tangier. It helped a lot. I wouldn't have been able to drink it without the added lemon juice. After I added the juice, it was actually quite tasty, but I like the taste of lemon. I also drank a cup of laxative tea every night before bed. This really helped with the cleansing process. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who is wanting to cleanse before a diet change (I became Vegan afterward), or just wanting to lose some extra weight before a big event. However, most people put back half of or all of the weight they lose within a few weeks after finishing this cleanse. It is definitely not a long term weight regimen. Eat healthy and exercise, people!
