I have lost 23 pounds with another diet pill, but it gave me stomach cramps and didn't do that well in curbing my appetite. I stumbled on this product, and the difference is like night and day. I have felt NO hunger, and have had no stomach aches. It hasn't cleansed my bowel yet, but will give it time. I am just psyched with the way it has reduced my appetite.
