(More customer reviews)tastes good. doesnt make u feel full. only been taking for a few days now so no weight gain. but i will tell u i dont poop it out. it is like my body is actually absorbing this. you can easily eat an hr. after drinking this. seems good we will see in a month if ive gained weight....
