(More customer reviews)A tablespoon of this fine flax oil mixed with a tablespoon of lecithin and a few ounces of juice makes the eat right for your type "membrane fluidizer cocktail." The oil emulsifies the lecithin, and it goes straight to your brain right through the barrier. My wife is nearly an addict, and will remind me to make her daily cocktail if I fail to do so.
The oil is organic, tastes fine, and has no visible impurities. The packaging is excellent. Competing brands may be more expensive, but I can't find a better value than this.

I will continue to take them as long as my doctor recommends I do so. The package always arrives on time and in good packaging. I will continue to get Nature Made from Amazon as long as it is available.
