(More customer reviews)will not allow me to go to the drugstore and buy a substitute since I can't find this at K-mart,Walgreens,Jewel or Dominick's.This is what she wants and she doesn't leave the house that much.She swears by this and health is not a gamble.It would be cruel to give someone you love something that hurts their stomach,eyes,etc. so my mother also recommends Alcon Bion Tears Lubricant Eye Drops, Single-Use Vials - 28 Ea for the eyes.Shes also likes that Maas (?) silver,jewelry and metal polish that's not easy to find. Be good to your loved ones.Health is not a gamble.Especially the eyes (chemical reactions are different for different people..)and what you eat.So my mother recommends these things she's 75.Thanks! Hope you find the right thing at the riGht price.Shop around,because shipping here was 6 bucks at least..

(More customer reviews)Disappointed that product has aspartame as a sweetener. Tried repeatedly on line to get exact ingredients of this before purchasing, but these were not listed. Too many potentially unhealthy side effects to aspartame. There are many other sweeteners available that do not have near the risk of using as aspartame. Won't buy this one again.

(More customer reviews)I found this product at Sam's Club and tried it. I lost 20 pounds in 5 weeks. I only had to lose the spare tire I had around the middle. I went from 215 pounds down to 195 pounds. I replaced breakfast, ate a hearty lunch, and replaced dinner. I think one of the keys is drinking lots of water. During this time I drank from 3/4 to a whole gallon of water a day. I mixed the meal replacement with soy milk. Sam's Club stopped carrying it so now I'll be ordering from here. I introduced this product to several coworkers both male and female. They've all had good results. I personally didn't exercise while losing this weight.
