(More customer reviews)I bought this because a coworker recommended this but i have to say it did nothing for me, the directions are 1 capsule before breakfast and lunch, but i found myself eating more and less energy. The first few days i was nausea, jittery but it only lasted for 3 days. Its not a product i would tell a friend to purchase. I was very disappointed
