My symptoms were a combination of stage 1 high blood pressure and SEVERE TMJ headaches. After about two days of using both products faithfully, I documented a slight drop in my diastolic blood pressure, and started to feel slightly better. After one week, my pressure dropped 10 points on the bottom and about five on the top. Since then, it has consistently gotten better, down to the 120's over high 70's, and my headaches have diminished to null. I thank GOD I had the brain to do proper research. Most of all, I thank the wonderful people who took the time to write their personal reviews, and I thank [...] for their magnificent service, pricing and products. Just this week, I experienced what it felt like to be normal again, and life was good. In this dreadful, stressful economy, my stress will never go away. If you are feeling like I did, ready to practically croak in my late 40's from the pain and pounding in my head and stess on my soul, please consider these supplements. Noises do not have to get on your nerves, and you CAN focus properly and function in all the hubub of stores, traffic, etc., without blowing a fuse. More importantly, high blood pressure is detrimental to your health. Diet and exercise are great, so is magnesium and garlic. (More customer reviews)I travel almost all of the time, in situations in which I can't do cooking, and there is no refrigeration available for 24 hours at a time. High carb, high sugar foods are always available and easy to carry, but high protein resources are not... unless you use high protein bars.

The chocolate flavored Twisted bars by Premier, which contain 15 grams of protein, are a wonderful addition to my usual high protein bars (Premier Protein bars with 30 grams of protein, which is the highest in protein that I can find).
Twisted contains real pretzels, which retain their crunch, surrounded by layers of chocolate and carmel. Twisted contains no sugar alcohols (low-carb sweeteners) like Maltitrol, which cause some of us to have intestinal "disruptions." (I will not go into details). Maltitrol also spikes insulin levels and increases sugar cravings, so the Twisted bars do NOT cause you to crave more and more and more! Warning: The chocolate in Twisted is sweet enough that you'll feel guilt (it's called FALSE guilt - see a shrink!).
I also have to watch calories, so I'll cut one of these in half (110 calories) and use it during a mid-morning coffee break. I have not tried the other Twisted flavors but will do so ASAP.

Here is a comparative of the Nutrition Facts showing ZOIC first on the left and Slim Fast Low Carb second on the right:
Calories: 110 - 190
Calories from Fat: 10 - 80
Saturated Fat: 0.5g - 1.5g
Trans Fat: 0g - 0g
Cholesterol: 5mg - 15mg
Sodium: 230mg - 260mg
Potassium: 230mg - 550mg
Total Carbohydrate: 5g - 6g
Dietary Fiber: 3g - 4g
Sugars: 1g - 1g
"Net Carbs:" 2g - 2g
Protein: 21g - 20g
The vitamins/minerals are somewhat similar in these two drinks and can be found on the Nutrition Facts on the cans. The biggest difference is that Slim Fast Low Carb has about 73% more calories and 70 more Fat calories per drink.
The taste, which I was concerned about when I order my first case of 24 drinks, is similar with the main difference that the Slim Fast Low Carb has a smoother, creamier texture. I experimented with adding about 80 calories of cream to a ZOIC drink and it definitely acquired a smoother, creamier texture. The overall taste of both drinks, in my opinion, is a good taste; but not a great taste. I would give these products a 4.5 rating if I could.
The Slim Fast Low Carb drink with its extra 70 more calories from Fat seems to satisfy my hunger perhaps 30 minutes longer than the ZOIC drink (without any cream added). ZOIC's package states "meal complement & snack replacement" not a meal replacement; in other words, it seems logical that one would add a small portion of other healthful food to make it a meal.
Both drinks refrain from adding any sugar or sugar alcohols (make sure you are comparing Slim Fast "Low Carb" and not other Slim Fast drinks which do have sugar added). Both drinks are free from Trans Fat.
I like to use both drinks to give me variety in taste and calories. The ZOIC drink at only 110 calories is a good choice when I want less calories and less fat calories; perhaps, when a planned meal time has to be pushed back in time by a couple of hours. If I need something to skip a meal, then I will usually choose Slim Fast Low Carb.
Both of these "Low Carb" drinks are good to have on hand in the refrigerator, so you can choose 110 or 190 calories versus some other super-sized 500 plus calorie item that may be in the refrigerator too.

These handy little bites are about the size of a medium grape and have 2 gms of protein in each "rok". They're easy to pop and they come in a pouch that fits nicely in my gym bag.
Pros: Very portable, and a neat, different idea. Yes, it's essentially the same kind of thing as carrying around a power bar for after your workout, but just like people get bored with doing the same workout routine over and over, it's nice to change it up with a "rok". According to the bag, each rok is made from easily digested protein. I've never had one melt in my car, and they really don't stick together or get gooey. Another bonus with the bite-sized bits is that you can choose exactly how much protein you need after a workout instead of eating a whole bar.
Cons: Taste. They're OK. Personally I like the peanut butter better, but the roks get the job done. Hey, they're not supposed to be candy, so as long as you don't go into it expecting candy, you'll get over the taste. Texture is not bad either - not exactly smooth, but not grainy.

They have 120 calories per serving and some fat and sugar, but thankfully no artifical sweeteners. If you live on them as a daily supplement, you might get a little tired of them, so it would be great if they came in a variety pack. They are also available in cinnamon, but I am not sure if the pricing options are the same. Also they seem to taste best and it's easier to swallow them when you eat them along with a hot drink such as tea or coffee. If you eat them with cold water (such as in the car on the go), you may find them sticking to your teeth and they may seem gummy in consistency. There may be an adjustment period of a few days while your body gets used to the extra fiber and you may experience some mild abdominal cramping or discomfort. Supposedly Metamucil with psyllium fiber is good for any irregularity, so you may find that they help with both constipation and loose bowel movements. The extra fiber that you incorporate into your diet may be helpful in reducing bloating and reducing your calorie intake. For another helpful addition, try Mestemacher's varieties of whole grain German breads - also available on Amazon for a good price in a 12-pack. Also add nuts and chia seeds for additional fiber and nutrition.

(More customer reviews)I believe Stacker 2 is designed to assist you in your weight lost efforts, not do the work for you while you sit back and wait for the results! Just like any other drug, you can not exceed the recommeded dosages or there will be consequences. Read your vitamin bottle or a prescription, some medications have side effects just from taking them. Imagine overdosing on something like that!?!
You have to eat something first or you will feel light headed once it kicks in. I personally don't recommend more than two pills a day. It's all going to depend on how well it works with your body. You are supposed to exercise to use the energy the Stacker provides you.
I take it just once a day right before I go to the gym and that's the only time I take Stacker 2. Since I go early in the morning, I pull the purple half of the pill off and swallow the yellow portion with it's powder so I will feel it faster. (I put it in the back of my throat, that's some really nasty tasting stuff!!)
I find that I get a better workout with it than I do without. It seems that the more I workout, the harder I want to workout and I can do more repititions and higher weights. I feel great all day and sleep well because I've been really active.
If I don't workout and I take Stacker, I find that I can't really concentrate at work because I want to do a million things at once. It makes my hands shake a little bit, I'm guessing that's the caffeine. I've taken it before a night workout and I could not sleep until about 3 in the morning. I was miserable! Now I never take it after 4pm, so I can get a good night's rest.
Stacker does curb my appetite a little, which I don't mind at all. It also increases my sex drive and extends the time it takes for me to reach climax, which I don't mind either!
Overall, I feel Stacker 2 is safe, when used properly according to your body's instructions.

While this may be out of stock currently at WW, just be patient. Save half the cost by buying from the source or look for cheaper options on other sites or other vendors. This price is nuts. For this price, you could get the COMPLETE MEMBER KIT from WW (which has a PP Pedometer, measuring cups, and a darker blue jacket for your tracker in addition to the pretty blue case). Seriously, if you wanna spend 100 bucks, get the 90 buck complete kit direct from WW and get a lot more than this kit.

(More customer reviews)After reading several of Bruce Fife's books (and they were wonderfully easy-to-read for the non-scientific type), I decided to give coconut oil a try to help with losing weight and getting my blood sugar under control. As a non-medication taking, recently diagnosed diabetic, I want to try whatever natural remedies I can find to stay off insulin and other diabetes meds, in addition to meds for cholesterol, etc. I tried taking a teaspoon or two with meals and a teaspoon btw meals and my blood sugar numbers were noticeably lower the same day. (Fife says the suggested dose is 3-4 tbs/day). The taste of this brand is fantastic, light and creamy with a delicious coconutty taste! I love coconut so I was able to eat it right from the jar, but I also tried it spread on a Wasa Crisp bread--WOW, what an easy way to get MCFAs into your diet! I will definitely be using this instead of any oils for all my cooking needs (except a little EVOO mixed together with this for salad dressing.) Also, I'm using on my skin and it feels really soft, plus you also get the internal benefits from using it on your skin! GREAT PRODUCT!
