Ive been on it for about three weeks and I have lost a solid, and i mean solid, 12 lbs. You must drink the asked amount of water and exercise daily. in reality those in general should work but this definitely helps. It curbs your appetite alot so make sure you eat a little. other than that I am impressed. Just remember the water and exercise and it should work for you
