(More customer reviews)I took these for about 10 days exactly as directed and they do tamp down my appetite but not as much as I'd like and though I didn't feel tremendously jittery or "wired" while taking these, I could definitely tell when they began to wear off because I had sort of a mild to moderate kind of "crash" feeling. Sort of like I wanted to lay down for a bit and maybe even have a nap. As time went on, this feeling seemed to worsen to the point where I just couldn't deal with the "crash".
I have a friend who raves about these and that's what got me to try them but while they might work well for some, the bottom line for me is that I didn't get as much appetite suppression as I hoped and even if I had, I just loathe the fatigue feeling I was getting when they began wearing off. I gave the rest of the bottle to my friend who was happy to get them.
Since they discontinued my favorite appetite suppressant NV, I'll continue to look for something that works (hopefully) as well but unfortunately, this product is not it.
