(More customer reviews)I wasn't familiar with this bar, bought it on a whim, and found that it tastes quite good. The 1.8 oz bar I got has 15 gm of protein, so it definitely gives you a good amount of protein. The calorie count is 200, which is similar to the amount in other health bars. (The calories evidently come from the oils, which include soybean oil, coconut oil, and flaxseed oil, but they are all healthy for you.)
The bar has four layers. The filling has two layers, one of carmel and the other of soft chocolate. (The filling contains the protein, which is whey isolate, whey concentrate, and milk protein.) There are chopped peanuts on top of the filling, and a layer of chocolate covers the entire bar. An enjoyable way to get a little extra protein.
