(More customer reviews)I was looking for an appetite suppressant that would make me averse to a brownie if confronted with one. This product gave me a good mood, made me sleepy for around 20 minutes (kind of a 3pm drowsy time) and helped with appetite. However, didn't make me averse to food like the first month of my pregnancy did. That's what I was hoping for.
