(More customer reviews)I've been lifting weights for a number of years, and have made considerable physical progress. However, due to various circumstances, I had not been getting an adequate amount of calories in my daily diet. As a result, I became increasingly stronger with each workout, but my muscles were not growing in size as I had wanted. I could give you a list of the mass-gaining powders and suppliments that I've tried, none of which seemed to work for me. One product would make me feel extremely bloated and nauseus for 6 hours after taking it, another product (that will remain unamed) litterally made me sick for a number of months after drinking it regularly. I began to give up hope when I read an ad. for Muscle Juice in a recent issue of Muscle & Fitness magazine.
After giving the banana version a try, I found that not only does it taste exactly like a banana milkshake and doesn't make me feel sick at all, but that it actually works. When taken in addition to my current diet (which includes plenty of protein and carbs in the form of oatmeal), my muscles became visibly larger even in the first 2 weeks, and in monitoring my bodyweight, I found that I gained at least 5 pounds of muscle in the days following my first workout when taking the product. Most people don't realize that a massive amount of calories is vital (for someone with little bodyfat) if you wish to gain muscle. Of course, this rule differs from person to person, depending on your current physical condition, but if you are a regular gym-goer, work out correctly and eat healthy, but just can't seem to get bigger, this product will most likely be exactly what your muscles need to grow and fill out that t-shirt that currently hangs loosely on your upper arms.
