(More customer reviews)I started to drink the coffe green 30 min every morning before breakfast, First couple hours did not notice anything...in the afternoon I started to feel less hunger and so and so...It has been a week and now I have more control of what I eat because I am not that hungry, I choose better food and I feel great, I started to go to the gym and I am very content to tell you that I am down to 3 pounds in one week...That is good for me, I don't want to go crazy,little by little works!!!
