(More customer reviews)I'm use to working out at home. I have a few videos to choose from, and they have some movements that require the Resistance rope, and I never did that part. Now I can see a big difference in my training. It does realy make a difference. I can see my self struggling in some parts of the excercise that I didn't use thsi product with before. I love it. It took what ever I was doing one step up.
