I'm particularly sold on the Frosty Chocolate, though I'll drink the others too. They're portable, so I can bring them to work without needing a blender to mix a drink up, I don't need to worry about graininess, etc.
They're tasty, they're virtually fat and carb-free, and they're loaded with protein - the perfect food!!
