(More customer reviews)I purchased a Taylor Body Fat Scale Last year and it has been an excellent product - see my other reviews - and when we decided to get a scale for our second bathroom, I was very interested when I viewed this product and saw this CAL MAX feature on the scale.
I did buy the scale and I have to say this is a pretty neat idea ! I am not only receiving my weight - which has been consistent and accurate, it also provides the number of calories I should consume to keep me at my current weight. Due to the fact that the Holiday LBS hit me right above the belt - I have decided to watch calories and try to keep my calories under what the scale is indicating in an effort to lose weight. It has been working ! I have reduced my weight slightly, and realize I need to further reduce my calorie intake and increase my exercise to improve the weight loss I have experienced.
It really is a neat product and has been working very well for me over the last month. I will update this if I have any issues - but for now - if you are looking for a tool to help your weight loss or weight maintenance efforts, this is a scale I would recommend.
