(More customer reviews)They did fill me up for few hours, so they help in any diet, I don't know if they do really stimulate metabolism, need research, taste is fine, thick sweet, so not perfect but OK, may be taste like kids tylenol.
they are a little expensive, like all diet products. I bought them for half the price and free shipping from Costco.
