(More customer reviews)it tastes great and is easy to take, but i did get bloated and it wasn't suppossed to make me retain water. that's my only complaint i did get a little swollen, but about 2 or 3 days after i stopped taking it i wasn't bloated, so if you use it 5 days a week when u train then it's hard to stop the bloating process
