(More customer reviews)Good, high protein bars. I didn't get a chance to peak at the saturated fat content before I bought, but it's fine with me. Some people may not like it though. I would break these bars down as high protein, low carbs, kinda high in saturated fat but still delicious. There are actually small pretzels in the bars that crunch when you bite, it's pretty cool.
