(More customer reviews)I mean that, how did I live without a kitchen scale? My baked goods are no longer heavy as lead. This little scale weighs up to ten or eleven pounds, I believe, more than you'd ever need to weigh in most kitchens. The tare feature makes sense. A backlit display would have been nice, but I'm not complaining.
Really an essential kitchen tool. I cannot believe I made do without a kitchen scale for as long as I did. Now I'm busily converting all my recipes to grams instead of ounces. The results speak for themselves: perfect breads, pie crust, biscuits, cakes, et cetera. WEIGHT, not VOLUME is the way to go.
Oh, how I wish I had purchased a kitchen scale years ago! Armed with this scale and a good instant-read thermometer your cooking will VASTLY improve!
