(More customer reviews)I haven't lost any weight yet, but I see the potential for this to help. It tastes good once mixed with milk or soy milk and is very filling. The only problem is it takes a lot to mix it well so that you don't have powdery lumps-- a blender would be best. But otherwise very good.
