I hadn't heard of a lot of its 40 herbs, and can barely pronounce the name, but this is incredibly delicious. It is loaded with many nutritive and healing qualities, starting with alma, one of the top superfoods. The cost per serving is so low, it leaves all the others in the dust. It makes a great spread, and won't drip. Now you can give your kids a healthy alternative to the sugar-loaded jam sandwiches. Once they've had it, they will learn to say "Chyawanprash," and "I want more!"
