(More customer reviews)I drink one pack a day with my coffee in the morning. It curbs your appetite and you don't eat as much. I drink a lot of water because it makes you thirsty, and still eat everything I like (breads, rice, beans, etc.) just very small portions. I was taking the payougi tea before and just now I switched to this one and I love it! I've lost a lot of weight and I'm really happy with the results! The seller also is very nice, and the shipment was really fast! :-)
