I'm using weight watchers (the older point system) for weight loss, but I have problems with irregularity and have problems with the other products out there. I tried this on a whim and found it words very well with my body. I only take 3 capsules in the morning, and within 6 hours my body is able to eliminate (with a little cramping). So I take it 2 or 3 days in a row like this and everything starts working great, but I noticed that mentally and physically I feel better after taking it. So for my body type (and I have to be low carb, low on meats) it works great and I'm buying 3 boxes. So weight watchers is helping me lose weight, staying away from carbs and meats help me with being somewhat regular, and this helps me feel good when things aren't working right.
