(More customer reviews)This drink is my first shake of the day. It replaces my coffee. I drink it in the car, like I would with a coffee. It tastes great, and I don't have to struggle with changing my routine, so my diet works with me! And, because the shake has more substance than piece of fruit, or a snack bar, it gives me the same morning energy support that I need to make it to my snack time (3 hrs later).
