(More customer reviews)This product was recommended to me by a Whole Foods employee. I told her I was looking for a supplement to help process sugar. I currently take a quality dalily vitamin, Chromium Picolinate, Gluco Care w/my meals .... and when I remember before a meal I take L-glutamine. I have PCOS which makes it a bit difficult to process sugar...I honestly feel this combo helps me keep the weight off. When I stop taking these just because I'm distracted by life & am not taking care of myself like I should be...a couple of pounds creep up. Actually 5-7 pounds...I'll then notice bloating & my rings feeling tighter....I then begin my routine and within 8-10 days I take off what could be water retention due to my body not processing sugar/carbs like it is suppose too. I love this product, plus it's 1/2 the price on Amazon. Yay.
