This is the best I've found that gives you slow released energy without the jitters and no crashing when it's out of your system. It's all natural and I've had no side effects from it and have used it for a couple of years now. Not addicting - just take one when your body needs that extra boost to get through a long hard day. I still exercise regularly, juice and drink my morning coffee but in the middle of the day when you can't go for a walk or run and don't want to get the coffee jitters - try a Triple Ginseng. Even my boyfriend is now convinced and takes it occasionally as needed. Hope it works for you as good as it has for us.
