(More customer reviews)I have read claims and studied the theory behind the Secretagogue Gold product. I purchased it because the theory of increasing secretion of HGH is solid, and if effective produce excellent results. I have used S. Gold now for almost 90 days with expectations of youthful gains and have been rewarded with increased energy (subjective) decreased weight (lost 5 lbs)without changing my diet or exercise, and definitely much better sleep. I don't think I look any younger (this might take longer) and the thick hair of my youth has failed to return (maybe this takes longer too). In any event I plan to use this for another 90 days and then see what other results I get.
