(More customer reviews)This is a waste of money. You will be better off spending $80 on protein. This product did not do anything that it claimed. I gotten more results from one a day vitamins than this. No growth, no mass, nothing! Just like most junk supplement brand will recommend that you take this much protein per body weight for better results. That is no secret....everyone may understand that. But protein cost a lot when you're looking at 180- 200 grams a day. So you would think this product would enhance whatever protein that you take in....not at all. Someone please remove this product from the shelf!
