I visited my local GNC store and when I walked in the lady at the cash register recommended me to this stuff, along with men's health sport supplement. This stuff alone cost me a whopping 70 dollars, and again my knowledge at the time as far as knowing anything about protein supps was low to none. I felt that she noticed it within me and took advantage of it. To be honest I was ripped off. The total of everything came out to be under 150 dollars and "coincidentally" after checkout and purchase the receipt printer broke. I'm guessing that once I found out about the product I would eventually bring it back for a refund which after trying it out after a couple of days became the plan. As far as the product goes the last review sums it up well, the powder gets all over my clothes, and is extremely difficult to mix, it tastes like super cheap cake batter, on another note it works best when taken with about 5 to 6 meals a day, wrong. Take it from me, save your money, it is WAY too over priced and it's quality should be put to shame. I work out often, along with my weight lifting I train in MMA, so I'm working on gaining the weight and even with this product I have had little success. Don't waist your time or money buying fancy proteins and creatines from gnc stores also, the less expensive ones work just as fine and buying off the internet is the best choice because you're not going to have anyone pressuring you into buying more than you initially wanted to. Just because they have big price tags doesn't mean they live up to all the hype. I plan on trying out either Optimum Micronized Creatine Powder, or pro labs because they have gotten great reviews. 100% whey works even better than this stuff and it's so much cheaper. Again don't trust supp stores they'll rip your bank account apart in a heart beat and think nothing about it. I found the best deals for everything I need at bodybuilding.com.
