(More customer reviews)Although the normal Dymatize Elite has the digestion-aiding enzymes added, this Dymatize Elite "Gourmet" does not. The product derives a significant portion of its protein profile from milk proteins, so those with lactose intolerance should NOT buy this, or prepare to take a lactase enzyme pill with each shake.
That said, the product is inexpensive, tastes pretty good, and mixes well with water. I use one of the 28oz Blender Bottles purchased here on Amazon, and this Dymatize Elite Gourmet Vanilla does not mix well with milk, but does great with just water.
Besides the lactose intolerance issue, it's a quality product at a cheap price.
